1. Account Creation & Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account:

  • Candidate Accounts: Must provide accurate contact details. Candidates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Recruiter Accounts: Must represent a legitimate business entity. Recruiters must provide verified organizational details, corporate email addresses, and true organizational identifiers. We reserve the right to verify company credentials and terminate accounts displaying fraudulent or misleading business listings.

2. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payments

Some areas of our service are subject to billing charges ("Subscriptions"):

  • Billing Cycles: Subscription fees for premium candidates or active recruiters are billed in advance on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as defined in the plan details.
  • Payment Processing: Transactions are securely routed using standard local payment channels (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services (e.g., instant resume downloads, access to candidate search databases), all purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

3. Job Listings & Recruiter Code of Conduct

Recruiters who publish job openings on our platform agree to follow these guidelines:

  • Compliance: Job postings must comply with all national labor and anti-discrimination laws of Bangladesh.
  • Accuracy: Postings must contain accurate details of the position, salary, location, and requirements. Speculative, deceptive, network-marketing (MLM), or illegal job posts are strictly prohibited.
  • Moderation: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or remove any job posting that violates our platform rules, without prior notification or refund.

4. Candidate Data Use Constraints

Recruiters accessing candidate resumes, profiles, contact lists, or job applications agree to:

  • Use candidate personal data strictly for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.
  • Not sell, distribute, or share candidate details with third-party advertising or marketing brokers.
  • Maintain appropriate security controls to safeguard downloaded applicant resumes in compliance with data protection principles.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Our platform enables you to upload, input, and store content (including text, graphics, and images). You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a royalty-free license to use, display, and host it strictly to provide our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary intellectual property rights to publish your content.

6. Limitation of Liability & Termination

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of resumes or job listings on the website. We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
