Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Premium Subscription Billing

CV Builder BD offers monthly, yearly, and one-off premium resume subscription packages. All transactions are securely processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using verified local gateways including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The prices listed on our checkout page are inclusive of all local taxes and gateway processing fees.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our resume builder tool. If you purchase any premium package and are not completely satisfied with our layouts, PDF download options, or AI writing tools, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase. No questions asked.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, you must submit a request through our help center or by emailing support@cvbuilderbd.com. Refund requests are evaluated according to the following criteria:

• The request must be timestamped within 168 hours of the transaction payment.
• The user account must not have engaged in abusive behavior, such as downloading more than five (5) premium PDF files or sharing credentials with external users.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment channel (e.g. bKash wallet or card account). Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring premium plan at any time directly through your Billing Dashboard page. Once cancelled, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for unused portions of billing cycles.

5. Support & Billing Discrepancies

If you experience any double charges, gateway failures, or failed PDF downloads, please reach out to our support desk immediately. Our technical team will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
